- Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to All Over India. If your location is not within our delivery range, kindly contact us for assistance.
- Delivery Schedule: Our deliveries are scheduled 4 Days. Orders placed before 4 Days will be processed for delivery on the next available delivery day.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping for orders above 50 Rs. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of 80 Rs will be applied.
- Delivery Method: We utilize refrigerated vehicles and insulated packaging to maintain the freshness of your items during transit.
- Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with tracking details. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
- Special Instructions: If you have any specific delivery instructions or preferences, please mention them while placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
2. Return & Refund Policy:
- Quality Guarantee: At Fresh Grocery Hut, we are committed to providing you with the freshest produce. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any item in your order, please contact us within 5 Days of receiving your delivery.

- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 24 Hrs to the original payment method used for the order.
